The management and all members of our team work to ensure that all preventive measures comply with the guidelines of the World Health Organization and EODY. These have been developed to protect against viruses, including COVID-19, and range from hand washing hygiene to the usual cleaning procedure for our accommodation areas and rooms.

Hotel organization
Hygiene and disinfection
In areas where our employees work, we increase the frequency of cleaning and focus particularly on areas and surfaces such as entrances, luggage and the laundry room.
We take all hygiene and cleaning standards very seriously and take all possible measures to ensure the safety of our visitors, employees and partners.
Our management and all of our employees monitor the statements of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization regarding the COVID-19 virus.
Our management works daily to ensure that the latest hygiene guidelines are observed. Our property's health and safety measures target a variety of viruses, including COVID-19, and range from standard laundry and personal care products to guest rooms and public areas of our hotel.
In the case of an infected guest
In case of a COVID-19 infected person in one of our accommodations, we will immediately contact the relevant health authority to report the incident and receive instructions on the steps to be followed both by the sick visitor and his partner.
We will conduct an additional protocol for cleaning and disinfecting the public areas of the hotel, as well as those areas that we know the guest was staying during our stay with us.
We also seal the guest's room (e.g. prevents employees or other people from entering) and carry out a protocol to restore the room, which disinfects everything in the room.
We are very proud of all the employees of our company who show a very high degree of individual, social and professional responsibility under these unprecedented circumstances, and we particularly appreciate every visitor who honors us with their presence in our facilities.
