Apartments & Studios xenophon

The communal areas in our facility are free to use by all our guests.

On the ground floor, we have a big shady terrace, where our guests can enjoy their breakfast, relax and get in touch with each other.  Our reception is suited also on the ground floor.

You can find us here everyday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m (Sundays closed).

Next to our reception, you'll find also our small library, where you can rent books free of charge. The second floor offers a beautiful view over the hills of Matala.

On the ground floor we have two small double-rooms.

These rooms do fit perfectly for people travelling alone or for a couple.

They have a double-bed, a small dining area, a fridge and some dishes, so you can prepare small snacks. Both double-rooms provide a small terrace, where you can read and relax. Due to the many trees, which surround them,  they are our coolest rooms in the hot summer months, as they are perfectly shady. Nevertheless the rooms also do supply airconditioning. On the first floor of our facility we have 3 studios for up to 2 persons. These rooms have a big sleeping-/dining-area with a king-sized double-bed, which can as well be put as two single-beds. Therefore these rooms fit perfectly for a couple, as well as for friends travelling together. All these studios have their own kitchen, airconditioning as well as a small terrace to eat outside and to relax. The view shows the green of our many plants.

On the 2nd and 3rd floor of our facility we have 2 apartments with two seperate bedrooms. The one with a double-bed, the other one with a single-bed. Therefore, these apartments fit perfectly for small families or friends travelling together. Each apartment has its own kitchen, airconditioning as well as a balcony to relax and enjoy. The view shows the green of our many plants and to the hills of Matala.

Also on the 2nd floor of our facility, you will find our Vintage-Studio. It is our biggest and most modern studio. With a big double-bed and its own kitchen, it offers enough space for a couple or a small family to enjoy relaxing holidays. The room can be cooled by airconditioning and offers a fully equiped kitchen with everything you might need! On the 3rd floor of our facility we have one apartment for up to 4 persons. It supplies one double-bed and two single-beds and therefore is the perfect apartment for families. As all our apartments it has its own kitchen and airconditioning. The highlight in this apartment for sure is its big sunny terrace with the beautiful view to the hills of Matala.
